Our Grand Daddy Chunky Oak Platter Board is the best we offer. This family platter board is perfect for family roasts, Christmas dinner or dinner parties. The board is able to accommodate the biggest of birds or roasts with room for your yorkie puds, stuffing, pigs ‘n’ blankets and roasties around the edges.
All our Oak Chopping Board are handmade in our Hampshire Workshop to order. The oak is hand selected from the finest furniture grade stock, ensuring your chopping has only the finest oak to last a lifetime. Once your board is hand sanded it’s treated with several coats of food safe oil to become water, heat and alcohol resistant.
You also have the option to have recessed handles and a groove which runs the edge of the board to prevent meat juice or gravy escaping the board and on flowing on to the table. Each meat juice groove has a corner pool to allow the juice to be spooned out or poured when required.
If you need the personalised chopping board sooner, please don’t be put off, just get in touch to see if we can accommodate by emailing dave@houseofcarvings
